About the role

  • HR Specialist supporting training programs at Schleswig-Holstein Netz GmbH in Rendsburg. Assisting with recruitment and onboarding while managing training operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Operational support in the day-to-day activities of the training department – you are the organizational backbone of our team.
  • Support for the recruitment and onboarding process – you handle communications with our target groups.
  • Point of contact for the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), vocational schools and specialist departments – you represent our training interests professionally and with commitment.
  • Organisation of all matters related to daily training operations – you order office supplies and promotional items and coordinate IT requests.
  • Quality-minded: you not only follow our standard processes but also contribute fresh ideas to further develop them.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training with an additional qualification (e.g., Fachwirt) or a career changer from the industrial-technical field with a passion for training and proven experience and further training in HR.
  • Team player: you are friendly, helpful, level‑headed and approachable—especially for our apprentices, dual-study students and trainees.
  • Organised & reliable: you work in a structured, solution‑oriented way and are comfortable with administrative routine tasks.
  • Strong organisational skills and a liking for planning — you maintain an overview even during busy phases.
  • Proficient in MS Office and willing to learn new digital tools.
  • Mobile & flexible: you hold a driving licence (car) and are on average required to travel off-site about four times per month.
