About the role

  • Sales Recruitment Manager responsible for the recruitment sales cycle at eAces GmbH. Engaging new clients, executing sales plans, and managing recruitment processes in Munich.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the entire recruitment sales cycle – from lead generation to contract closing and management of the full 360° recruitment process.
  • Acquisition of new clients and business development.
  • Development and implementation of a strategic sales plan to expand our client base and global reach.
  • Negotiation of terms and conditions with clients and candidates.
  • Advising clients and supporting the filling of open positions with qualified professionals.
  • Identifying and proactively approaching qualified candidates through various channels and networking.
  • Overseeing the entire recruitment process and conducting contract negotiations with clients and candidates.

Requirements

  • Proven sales ability with high motivation, ambition and initiative.
  • Experience as a business developer is a plus.
  • Experience in recruitment/placement.
  • IT vocational training or a university degree.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent German and English (spoken and written).
