Responsibilities
Oversee the central Help Desk, including troubleshooting and resolving operational and system-related issues
Ensure claims operational support services are delivered to the required quality standards
Maintain the Claims Management System(s)
Identify data issues and contribute to developing solutions that improve accuracy
Produce and manage exception reports ensuring timely action to maintain accurate claims information
Maintain the Client Portal, liaising with Central IT Services where necessary
Requirements
Educated to GCSE level in Maths and English (Grades A–C)
Experience working within Claims/Adjusting Operations or Claims/Adjusting Administration
Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, with particular expertise in Microsoft Excel
Effective time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Understands the importance of support processes within a customer‑focused environment
Technologically confident, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and software
Able to work independently while also contributing positively as part of a team
Uses initiative and applies problem‑solving skills
Flexible and capable of managing multiple activities simultaneously
