About the role
- Facilities Analyst managing administrative operations and budget adherence at the Hortolândia unit. Collaborating with engineering and maintenance on cost KPIs and purchase processes.
Responsibilities
- Support the administrative management of the Hortolândia unit
- Manage Facilities routines within the company systems
- Support engineering and maintenance in preparing dashboards and cost KPIs
- Control OpEx ensuring adherence to the budget
- Conduct the procurement process for assets and consumables via SAP Ariba
- Receive and inspect materials according to the purchase order
- Process invoices in the system and ensure correct posting for payment
- Control consumption of inventory items related to Facilities and maintenance
- Analyze data from SAP, SAP Ariba, and Finance and Controllership reports
- Prepare dashboards and KPIs using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Partner with Finance and Controllership on the creation of assets, orders, and CapEx supplements
- Report the monthly Opex forecast, managing invoice control, provisions, and Budget vs. Actual analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in administrative and/or industrial roles
- English language skills preferred
- Proactive and organized
- Ability to collaborate and work across different departments
