Responsibilities
Provide direct technical assistance to the client’s staff within the Tech Café

Distribute and configure new laptops and peripherals
Perform data and system migrations when remote execution is not possible
Maintain a welcoming and professional environment in the Tech Café
Requirements
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments
Familiarity with common enterprise applications (Microsoft 365, VPN, collaboration tools)
Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
