About the role

  • Technician role providing first-level technical support to client staff at Tech Café. Focused on onboarding, equipment distribution, and maintaining a professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct technical assistance to the client’s staff within the Tech Café
  • Ensure a smooth experience by delivering first-level support, guidance, and assistance for IT issues
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Distribute and configure new laptops and peripherals
  • Perform data and system migrations when remote execution is not possible
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional environment in the Tech Café

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments
  • Familiarity with common enterprise applications (Microsoft 365, VPN, collaboration tools)
  • Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
