  • Online Experience Advisor at DriveTime contacting customers interested in vehicle purchases. Utilizing an online database to set appointments and provide high quality customer service in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

  • Contact customers interested in purchasing a vehicle
  • Work from a centralized location
  • Utilize an online database to service potential customers
  • Set appointments and achieve appointment goals
  • Communicate via DriveTime platforms including text, chat, and email
  • Develop professional relationships with customers and dealerships
  • Explain steps of the sales process to customers
  • Maintain positive relationships with team members and Sales team/dealership employees
  • Conduct business within DriveTime policies and procedures

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associates degree preferred
  • Passionate and goal-oriented
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Timely
  • Positive emotional resilience.
