About the role

  • Site HR Manager for Diamond Infrastructure Solutions overseeing employee relations and talent management across Louisiana. Partnering with site leadership to ensure compliance and operational continuity in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the on-site HR partner for leaders, supervisors, and employees across union and non-union populations for all site HR needs.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance on HR policies, procedures, performance management, attendance, and conduct.
  • Lead employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievance response, and corrective action in alignment with labor agreements and company policy.
  • Support a positive employee experience while maintaining consistent application of policies and labor agreements.
  • Partner with the Senior Talent Manager and Diamond business leadership to execute site-level talent management strategies focused on skills, capability, and workforce readiness.
  • Support skills assessment, qualification tracking, and role-based competency development for hourly and salaried roles.
  • Coordinate and deliver learning initiatives specific to Diamond business needs, including: Technical and operational skills development and Leadership and supervisor capability building.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to fill hourly, skilled trades, and salaried roles.
  • Serve as the HR point of contact for contractor workforce management at the sites.
  • Maintain contractor rosters, role clarity, and workforce data in alignment with site and corporate requirements.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience in an operational or site-based environment.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment and labor laws.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with frontline leaders and union representatives.
  • Must possess a TWIC card or be eligible to obtain a TWIC card.
  • A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position.
  • Degree discipline in Human Resources, Business, Labor Relations, related field or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • Experience in manufacturing, chemical, energy, infrastructure, or industrial operations (preferred).
  • Experience with skills-based workforce models and technical learning programs (preferred).
  • Contractor workforce management experience (preferred).
  • Multi-state Gulf Coast experience (preferred).
