Responsibilities
Operational steering, planning and implementation of HR projects – e.g., in areas such as process optimization, digitalization, HR IT/system implementations

Close collaboration with HR leadership and support of the entire HR department in operational and project-related daily tasks

Support in learning & development, particularly administrative and organizational tasks related to training, programs and development measures
Requirements
Several years of relevant professional experience in HR, ideally with a focus on HR projects or HR process management
Degree in Human Resources, (Business) Informatics, Business Administration or comparable qualified training
Strong project management skills, ideally complemented by experience in agile or traditional methodologies
Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style, combined with a high level of quality and sense of responsibility
Strong communication skills and pronounced team orientation
Very good MS Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
