Responsibilities
- Operational steering, planning and implementation of HR projects – e.g., in areas such as process optimization, digitalization, HR IT/system implementations
- Analysis, optimization and further development of existing HR processes, and designing efficient, practical solutions for the HR team and business units
- Close collaboration with HR leadership and support of the entire HR department in operational and project-related daily tasks
- Participation in culture and change initiatives, including preparation, coordination and implementation of relevant measures
- Regular reporting on project progress, risks and KPIs to HR leadership
- Support in learning & development, particularly administrative and organizational tasks related to training, programs and development measures
Requirements
- Several years of relevant professional experience in HR, ideally with a focus on HR projects or HR process management
- Degree in Human Resources, (Business) Informatics, Business Administration or comparable qualified training
- Strong project management skills, ideally complemented by experience in agile or traditional methodologies
- Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style, combined with a high level of quality and sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills and pronounced team orientation
- Very good MS Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
