Responsibilities
Define and execute the EMEA sales strategy for bioprocessing solutions in alignment with global objectives
Build, lead, coach, and develop a regional sales team of approximately 4–5 headcount
Set clear objectives, performance metrics, and development plans for the sales team
Drive revenue growth through direct customer engagement and effective channel management: distributors and agents
Manage and grow key strategic and global customer relationships
Identify new market opportunities within life sciences segments
Lead complex sales cycles from opportunity identification through negotiation and closure
Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, and application teams
Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategy
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related field
Minimum 7+ years of progressive sales experience in bioprocessing, biopharma, life sciences, or related industries
Minimum 3+ years of people management experience or proven team leadership responsibility
Demonstrated success in developing and executing regional sales strategies
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Experience managing customers across multiple countries or regions
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Ability and willingness to travel extensively within EMEA
