About the role

  • Growth manager driving customer acquisition and retention for Doctrine's AI legal platform. Working with Marketing, Sales, and Ops teams to optimize strategies and campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Internationalization: contribute to creating localized marketing campaigns to increase Doctrine's visibility and generate leads in the Italian and German markets
  • First Sell: create new campaigns (persona-based or ABM) to support our growth in identified segments (data enrichment, automation, outbound campaigns, and performance tracking) and supply first-sales teams with qualified leads
  • Cross-sell & Upsell: work with CSM teams to identify and implement campaigns that increase retention and ARR for our existing customers
  • Customer Growth: with our Product Marketing Manager and the Product team, identify and implement campaigns that address product usage challenges and drive adoption
  • CRM/Marketing Automation: optimize workflows and lead nurturing (email, calls, SMS, social channels) and target prospects in a clinical, highly segmented way — the right message at the right time

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, sales engagement, and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Intercom, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of data flows between tools to design, challenge, and optimize existing customer and prospect journeys
  • Aptitude for copywriting and understanding target needs — no point sending emails that don't resonate with prospects!
  • Willingness to move beyond quick & dirty tactics and build strategies with long-term impact
  • Analytical skills (SQL is a plus)
  • Strong communication and the ability to use data to make constructive decisions
  • Professional English. Fluency in Italian or German is a (major) plus
  • You're creative and interested in user psychology to design high-impact marketing programs
  • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, understanding each team's priorities to propose the best action plans
