About the role

  • Intern supporting the integration team at DocMorris Marketplace. Collaborating with technical and business teams for partner integrations and process optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Support for the technical onboarding of new merchants to our platform.
  • Perform quality assurance tasks (e.g., testing, data validation).
  • Assist in responding to partners' technical inquiries during onboarding and live operations.
  • Analyze existing partner integrations to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of integration templates and processes.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth partner integration and a positive seller experience.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Business Informatics, Marketing, E‑commerce, or a related field.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a collaborative team member.
  • Some experience with Excel, Confluence, JIRA, or content management systems is desirable.
  • Strong technical understanding (e.g., APIs, CMS platforms, product feeds) is a plus but not required.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and define actions based on insights.
  • German and English language skills are required.
