About the role
- Intern supporting the integration team at DocMorris Marketplace. Collaborating with technical and business teams for partner integrations and process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Support for the technical onboarding of new merchants to our platform.
- Perform quality assurance tasks (e.g., testing, data validation).
- Assist in responding to partners' technical inquiries during onboarding and live operations.
- Analyze existing partner integrations to identify optimization opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of integration templates and processes.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth partner integration and a positive seller experience.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Business Informatics, Marketing, E‑commerce, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a collaborative team member.
- Some experience with Excel, Confluence, JIRA, or content management systems is desirable.
- Strong technical understanding (e.g., APIs, CMS platforms, product feeds) is a plus but not required.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and define actions based on insights.
- German and English language skills are required.
