About the role

  • Intern assisting with technical integration and quality assurance in the DocMorris Marketplace. Collaborating across teams to enhance partner integration processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assistance with the technical onboarding of new merchants to our platform.
  • Execution of quality assurance tasks (e.g., testing, data validation).
  • Support in responding to technical inquiries from partners during onboarding and live operations.
  • Analysis of existing partner integrations to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Contribution to the development of integration templates and processes.
  • Close collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth partner integration and seller experience.

Requirements

  • Enrollment in a degree program in Business, Business Informatics, Marketing, E‑Commerce, or a related field.
  • Detail-oriented work style and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility, as well as to function effectively within a team.
  • Initial experience with Excel, Confluence, JIRA, or content systems is desirable.
  • Strong technical understanding (e.g., of APIs, CMS systems, product feeds) is an advantage but not required.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and define measures based on findings.
  • German and English language skills are required.
