Responsibilities
Prospect and conduct external (field) sales of cheese bread to potential clients, using a consultative and strategic approach;
Provide personalized service to commercial establishments such as bakeries, snack bars and restaurants to increase cheese bread sales;
Prepare and present commercial proposals, negotiate terms and close contracts;
Track and monitor sales performance, identify opportunities for improvement and implement actions to meet established targets;
Maintain close, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and promote the company’s image.
Requirements
Experience in external (field) sales, preferably in the bakery or food products segment;
Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills;
Availability for in-person client visits;
Own vehicle and availability to travel;
High school diploma;
Registered as a legal entity (active CNPJ).
