About the role

  • Cover and support customers as a Customer Sales Advisor at a Self-Storage company. Handle enquiries, promote sales, and assist in the facilities while providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

  • Support customers with enquiries and promote sales of storage space
  • Complete admin tasks and look after the facilities
  • Provide cover at other local branches when required
  • Greet customers and ensure a secure, clean, and tidy store
  • Follow company procedures and health and safety guidelines

  • Experience in sales and customer service
