About the role

  • Sales Coordinator managing sales and marketing processes for STS Education. Collaborating with teams to enhance customer experience and achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Following up leads and customers in the CRM system
  • Handling customer inquiries via email and phone
  • Planning and executing fairs, school visits, sales events, and webinars
  • Tailoring information and offers to meet each customer’s needs
  • Contributing suggestions for improving sales and customer journeys
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure campaigns and activities are followed up on

Requirements

  • Sales-oriented and goal-driven, with the ability to move processes forward
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or coordination
  • Strong communication skills in both Danish and English, written and verbal
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Structured, self-driven, and detail-oriented
  • Experience in an international environment or interest in exchange programs is preferred
