About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for building partnerships and managing sales strategies in robotics for Teradyne Robotics. Engaging with enterprises in manufacturing and logistics sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Inspire new partnerships by engaging high-potential enterprises
  • Build trust across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Clearly link UR and MiR’s solutions to customer outcomes
  • Own regional pipeline in Salesforce and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Represent UR and MiR at executive meetings and industry events

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales (ideally in automation, industrial software, or capital equipment)
  • Fluent in English and either Norwegian or Finnish
  • Ability to translate ROI, OEE, and payback periods into compelling business narratives
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
