About the role

  • Recruitment Analyst managing recruitment and selection for teaching positions at YDUQS. Collaborating with academic teams and ensuring procedural compliance in candidate evaluation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support recruitment and selection processes for teaching positions, including professors, preceptors and course coordinators.
  • Align candidate profiles with academic coordinators and requesting departments.
  • Advertise vacancies on institutional recruitment platforms and channels.
  • Screen CVs considering academic criteria, professional experience and fit with the teaching profile.
  • Verify candidates' academic qualifications and required credentials.
  • Ensure ongoing candidate follow-up and communication throughout the stages of the selection process.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews for candidates applying for course coordinator positions, supporting academic areas in behavioral assessment and fit for academic leadership roles.
  • Maintain relationships with academic departments to monitor teaching hiring needs.
  • Run periodic checkpoints with hiring areas to update vacancy status.
  • Keep updated records and controls of selection processes.
  • Support the development and maintenance of a teaching talent pool.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and related reports.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of teaching attraction and selection processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience in recruitment and selection.
  • Experience managing a high volume of vacancies.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with competency-based interviews.
  • Familiarity with an academic or educational environment is a plus.
