Responsibilities
Actively shape our market expansion: identify new industries, use cases and target groups
Own responsibility for your New Business funnel — from initial contact to closing
Conduct persuasive first meetings and analyze customer processes in SMEs
Present SCRIPTOMAT in product demos and provide solution-oriented consulting
Prepare proposals and independently close deals
Work closely with the product and implementation teams to feed customer feedback and market insights directly into the product
Contribute your own ideas to improve sales processes, sales messaging and positioning
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, IT or digital solutions
Proven track record in acquiring and closing new customers
Interest in business processes in the SME sector (HR, Operations, Legal or Finance experience is a plus)
Strong communication and presentation skills and enthusiasm for complex, consultative solutions
Structured, self-driven working style and a desire to shape processes rather than just execute them
