About the role

  • Sales Specialist in Peripheral Vascular Disease managing Midlands Territory for BD, a leading medical technology company. Engaging with clinical teams to achieve sales targets and improving patient care.

Responsibilities

  • deliver quarterly and annual territory targets for promoted products within the PVD portfolio
  • engage with Interventional Radiologists, Vascular surgeons and Nursing teams to demonstrate value
  • support the appropriate use of products in a complex, clinical setting

Requirements

  • educated to degree level or equivalent
  • extensive sales experience with a demonstrable record of success in NHS Healthcare sales
  • ideally clinical trained
  • strategic approach with success in coordinating numerous departments and customer types within the NHS setting
  • highly motivated
  • effective organisational skills
  • ability to work individually and as part of a diverse and dynamic team
  • prepared to travel within your territory for up to 80% of your time in this field-based role
  • negotiation skills with procurement and budget holders
  • experience in navigating a complex selling environment
  • product demonstration experience in a complex sales environment
