- Investigate and handle responses to subpoenas
- Manage responses to discovery on all Legal Department matters
- Assist with other legal issues and projects as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-7 years of experience in litigation support
- Paralegal Certificate Preferred
- Experience using case management and e-discovery software (Legal Hold Pro, Legal Tracker, Microsoft365)
