About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the legal team, ensuring productivity, technical quality and alignment with business priorities;
- Manage and prioritize legal requests, structuring a backlog, allocating tasks according to SLA, criticality and risk, and ensuring operational flow;
- Coordinate contract management, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating and standardizing corporate contracts, acting as the focal point for internal departments;
- Oversee corporate routines of the Holding, supporting corporate reorganizations and participating in M&A transactions (structuring, due diligence and integration);
- Manage civil, labor and tax litigation, defining legal strategies and serving as the direct interface with external law firms;
- Identify and mitigate legal risks, supporting strategic decisions with a preventive mindset and ensuring legal compliance in operations;
- Support governance and compliance, strengthening internal policies and corporate best practices;
- Manage partner law firms, controlling performance, costs, fees and KPIs;
- Structure and professionalize the legal area, implementing routines, processes and indicators aligned with the company’s growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law;
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
- Advanced English (reading, writing and speaking);
- Postgraduate degree in Business/Corporate Law, Corporate Governance or related areas;
- Hands-on experience in corporate legal departments, with a generalist practice;
