About the role

  • Coordenador Jurídico responsável por coordenar atividades jurídicas da Holding. Foco em societário, contencioso e M&A na equipe jurídica interna.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the legal team, ensuring productivity, technical quality and alignment with business priorities;
  • Manage and prioritize legal requests, structuring a backlog, allocating tasks according to SLA, criticality and risk, and ensuring operational flow;
  • Coordinate contract management, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating and standardizing corporate contracts, acting as the focal point for internal departments;
  • Oversee corporate routines of the Holding, supporting corporate reorganizations and participating in M&A transactions (structuring, due diligence and integration);
  • Manage civil, labor and tax litigation, defining legal strategies and serving as the direct interface with external law firms;
  • Identify and mitigate legal risks, supporting strategic decisions with a preventive mindset and ensuring legal compliance in operations;
  • Support governance and compliance, strengthening internal policies and corporate best practices;
  • Manage partner law firms, controlling performance, costs, fees and KPIs;
  • Structure and professionalize the legal area, implementing routines, processes and indicators aligned with the company’s growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law;
  • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
  • Advanced English (reading, writing and speaking);
  • Postgraduate degree in Business/Corporate Law, Corporate Governance or related areas;
  • Hands-on experience in corporate legal departments, with a generalist practice;
  • Solid experience in:
  • Corporate law
  • Contracts
  • Tax law
  • Labor law
  • Litigation management
  • Interface with external law firms
  • Leadership experience or coordination of a high volume of requests;
  • Experience in M&A transactions (due diligence, structuring and integration);
  • Corporate law (holdings, reorganizations, governance);
  • Corporate contracts (drafting, review and negotiation);
  • Tax law applied to business operations;
  • Labor law and management of labor liabilities;
  • Management of judicial and administrative proceedings;
  • Management of external law firms;
  • Basic knowledge of compliance and corporate governance.
