Requirements
- Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder einer entsprechenden Weiterbildung und erster relevanter Berufserfahrung
- Eine proaktive, positive Haltung, hohe Eigenmotivation und lösungsorientiertes Denken
- Lust auf die Übernahme und Durchführung von Projekten in der Personalentwicklung und/oder der Implementierung eines HCM
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Workday sind von Vorteil
