About the role
- Real Estate Manager developing controlling and management processes at Deutschlandradio. Collaborating with teams to enhance property management and reporting practices.
Responsibilities
- Assist in establishing, independently executing and further developing real estate controlling (cost, performance and space controlling) according to specifications
- Support the development, implementation and maintenance of a KPI system; accompany the ARD/ZDF/DLR benchmarking process
- Contribute to the introduction and administration of a CAFM system (Computer Aided Facility Management)
- Manage and further develop contract management for service, maintenance and lease contracts
- Process management within real estate management
- Prepare reports, analyses and decision papers for management
- Prepare profitability calculations, utility analyses and ad hoc analyses
- Support financial planning and projections
- Participate in working groups of public broadcasting
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Facility Management or a comparable professional background
- Ideally some initial professional experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of BI tools and SAP desirable
- Experience in implementing and/or using CAFM systems advantageous
- Strong affinity for digital processes and organizational development
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
