About the role

  • Specialist leading strategic partnerships and project implementation at Decolar. Focused on developing collaborative relationships and driving business growth through innovative strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation projects for new partners with end-to-end management (planning, execution, go-live, and follow-up).
  • Work closely with technical teams (Product and IT), participating in meetings and overseeing integrations and technology developments.
  • Manage schedules, deliverables, and stakeholders, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Be responsible for managing large strategic partners, ensuring organization, governance, and excellence in relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance, identifying growth and optimization opportunities.
  • Develop strategic plans to evolve partnerships and increase results.
  • Design and execute commercial campaigns to drive sales and engagement.
  • Act as a consultative and proactive advisor to partners, providing insights and recommendations focused on results.
  • Propose continuous improvements to partner implementation and management processes.
  • Monitor and report on the directorate's key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

  • Experience in partnership management, projects, or product/solution implementations, especially in White Label models and API integrations.
  • Experience working in loyalty programs, technology companies, marketplaces, or financial institutions.
  • Experience planning and executing commercial campaigns and growth initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills, results-oriented with data-driven decision making.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders (especially technical teams).
  • Strategic and consultative approach to partner management.
  • Advanced or fluent Spanish.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Power BI, and Netlex.
