Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the German market
Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social platforms
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth
Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
Meet and exceed individual and team targets
Requirements
Fluent German (C1/C2) + English (minimum B2)
Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is a plus
Strong communication and negotiation skills
