About the role

  • Sales Administrator Internship in Bangkok, assisting Sales and Business Development team with operational tasks. Responsibilities include sales documentation and CRM management.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and deal information
  • Support sales documentation (proposals, quotations, contracts, invoices)
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients and internal teams
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking pipeline progress
  • Help manage client onboarding and support processes
  • Ensure proper filing and organization of sales-related documents
  • Support ad-hoc administrative tasks for the sales and BD team

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related fields
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Good communication skills (Thai & English preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
