Responsibilities
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and deal information
Support sales documentation (proposals, quotations, contracts, invoices)
Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients and internal teams
Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking pipeline progress
Help manage client onboarding and support processes
Ensure proper filing and organization of sales-related documents
Support ad-hoc administrative tasks for the sales and BD team
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related fields
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
Good communication skills (Thai & English preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
