Requirements
1–3 years of B2B sales experience (SDR/BDR or AE) — ideally in SaaS with early closing success.
Strong outbound drive and ability to generate your own pipeline.
Confident in qualifying, negotiating, and closing multi-step deals (Enterprise co-selling is a plus).
Reliable forecasting, KPI focus, and disciplined CRM management (HubSpot/Salesforce).
Native-level German (C2) and strong English; familiar with DACH business culture and market trends.
