Responsibilities
- Lead engaging virtual training sessions across multiple product lines, including Life, Commercial Lines Property & Casualty.
- Adapt content to meet diverse learning styles and participant needs.
- Facilitate discussions and activities that spark collaboration and deepen understanding.
- Measure impact through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and design tailored solutions.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education, Training, Human Resources, or in a related field
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a Training facilitator or similar role
- Experience in instructional design and adult learning principles
- Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation
- Advanced proficiency in English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English speaking partners, members and/or clients
- Advanced intermediate knowledge of core business systems (e.g. PROV/VENT, PCS), processes and products
- Advanced intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and virtual training platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams)
