About the role

  • Senior Advisor in HR helping organizations with integrated HR advisory services across various areas. Leading projects and advising on strategic initiatives with a focus on organizational design and talent management.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients and partners in positioning, planning, developing, executing and monitoring strategic projects and initiatives
  • Develop and update policies, standards, models and programs to support your unit’s strategic projects and initiatives
  • Identify, analyze and diagnose major issues and make recommendations to decision-making bodies
  • Represent your unit before decision-making bodies
  • Represent Desjardins' position in negotiations and agreements with external partners and organizations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of six years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French required
  • Ability to work with ambiguity
  • Interpersonal savvy
  • Organizational savvy
  • Persuasive communication
  • Strategic mindset
