Recruitment (80%)
Sourcing candidates via networks and our database
Screening profiles and sorting applications
Optimizing sourcing and preselection methods
Participating in candidate interviews
Developing a sourcing strategy to anticipate client needs
Managing and updating our database (profiles, availability, expectations)
HR Development / Learning (30%)
Monitoring consultants on assignment, in collaboration with the Business Developers
Strengthening relationships with consultants
Managing the training plan for our consultants on payroll:
Creating and implementing a training catalog
Developing skills matrices
Administrative management of training contracts
Tracking and reporting on training activities
Administrative tasks: updating CVs, preparing onboarding, ordering equipment, etc.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Organized, thorough, and respectful of confidentiality
