Técnico/a Relaciones laborales managing aspects of labor regulation and human resources documentation at Aquaservice. Responsible for administrative tasks related to labor law and payroll.
Responsibilities
Llevar a la práctica el día a día de los aspectos relacionados con la reglamentación laboral
Implantar y mantener las normas definidas por la legislación laboral dentro de la empresa
Atender consultas y recibir reclamaciones
Asesorar en materia de reglamentación laboral
Ser responsable de la parte administrativa del departamento: confección de nóminas y seguros sociales, altas, bajas, contratación, etc.
Comunicación oral y escrita con organismos oficiales

Requirements
Experiencia de 2-3 años, con conocimientos de Legislación Laboral
Si has prestado servicios en entornos dinámicos como ETTs o asesorías/gestorías de ámbito laboral ES UN PLUS
Ser capaz de manejar gran volumen de movimientos (empresa con más de 3500 empleados)
Estar familiarizado/a con el uso de herramientas de software de gestión de Recursos Humanos (preferiblemente A3INNUVA)
