About the role

  • Senior Advisor supporting business development and sales at Desjardins, driving profitability and client retention with strategic initiatives and partnership evaluation.

Responsibilities

  • Advise practitioners and help evaluate business and partnership opportunities to boost the organization’s development and profitability
  • Help members, clients and stakeholders position, plan, develop, execute and monitor strategic initiatives
  • See to member, client and stakeholder development, retention and satisfaction
  • Develop retention tactics and strategies
  • Monitor the industry to understand and anticipate trends in your specialty area and make recommendations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of six years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required
