Responsibilities
Expand and manage the German partner network
Identify new business opportunities
Acquire and manage tenders
Drive revenue growth in the B2B segment
Operational responsibility for partner acquisition, qualification, and enablement
Revenue planning, forecasts, and business reviews
Close collaboration with Marketing, Product & Service teams
Support the planning and execution of partner events and trade shows
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, or another relevant field
Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Experience and a strong network in the EV sector are a significant advantage, ideally in B2B sales
Proven success in selling metrology-compliant (legal-for-billing) charging stations
Experience winning tenders and/or building partner networks
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at C-level
Sales management skills with strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities
Native German speaker with fluency in English, both written and spoken
