About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the organization
  • Maximize operational profitability and productivity by adapting procedures and equipment
  • Serve as technical expert and provide discipline-specific support for your unit’s activities
  • Research and analyze processes, information management and data processing
  • Draw on decision-making skills to solve technically complex problems
  • Provide technical support for projects and complex operational issues
  • Roll out and maintain software and processes
  • Train users and prepare technical notes

Requirements

  • College diploma in a related field
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required
