About the role

  • Sales and business development support advisor helping maintain business relationships and drive sales results for clients. Utilizing interpersonal skills to analyze client needs and develop personalized solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Establish an advisory relationship by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention
  • Advise partners, practitioners, members and clients on products, services and solutions and ensure their satisfaction
  • Analyze and meet special client needs, handle requests and follow up as needed
  • Collect, compile and analyze data. Prepare reports and recommendations
  • Stay on top of the latest standards, products and services in your field.

Requirements

  • General college diploma in a related field
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
  • Action oriented, Customer Focus, Differences, Drive results, Interpersonal Savvy, Nimble learning
