Responsibilities
Provide administrative and secretarial support to a director or manager reporting to a vice-president
Provide administrative support to other members of your unit as needed
Help coordinate, plan and prioritize your unit’s management activities
Interact with many different stakeholders
Carry out various secretarial activities, including writing, layout, updating, production and linguistic revision of information documents from the various sectors
Carry out various administrative tasks related to internal management
Support the manager in the management and follow-up of his/her agenda
Prepare and attend various meetings, including those of the management committee
Requirements
College diploma in a related field
A minimum of three years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
