About the role

  • Administrative Assistant providing support to management activities and coordinating administrative tasks at Desjardins, Canada's largest cooperative financial group.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to a director or manager reporting to a vice-president
  • Provide administrative support to other members of your unit as needed
  • Help coordinate, plan and prioritize your unit’s management activities
  • Interact with many different stakeholders
  • Carry out various secretarial activities, including writing, layout, updating, production and linguistic revision of information documents from the various sectors
  • Carry out various administrative tasks related to internal management
  • Support the manager in the management and follow-up of his/her agenda
  • Prepare and attend various meetings, including those of the management committee

Requirements

  • College diploma in a related field
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required
