About the role

  • Administrative Assistant providing secretarial and administrative support to unit managers and employees at Desjardins Group. Involves coordination, document production, and internal task management.

Responsibilities

  • Help managers plan and coordinate management activities and manage their agendas, calls, emails and mail.
  • Carry out secretarial tasks (draft, revise, update and format documents for various departments, etc.).
  • Carry out internal administrative tasks (sales tracking, dashboards, expense reports, inventory management, performance reviews, etc.).
  • Produce documents (reports, minutes, statistics, balance sheets, etc.).

Requirements

  • Trade school diploma in a related field
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required
