Responsibilities

  • Be a reliable daily presence at the front desk
  • Answer and direct incoming calls courteously and professionally
  • Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel
  • Keep reception, conference rooms, and common areas tidy and well-organized
  • Manage mail, packages, and incoming communications
  • Order and maintain office supply inventory (including business cards)
  • Provide light administrative support to an executive leader (scheduling, document prep, data entry)
  • Assist with occasional travel arrangements
  • Support various departments with special projects as needed

Requirements

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Dependability and a commitment to being present and punctual every day
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Previous experience with multi-line phone systems preferred
  • High school diploma required
  • 5–7 years in front desk or administrative roles preferred
