Responsibilities
You support the site management with all administrative tasks and in active customer retention.

Your further tasks include maintaining the CRM system, invoicing and invoice verification, as well as parts of order management.
With an eye for detail, you prepare reports and statistics, keeping track of costs and budget.
You serve as the interface to external service providers, customers and internal departments.
Requirements
You have completed training in a commercial field or in hotel management.
You can already look back on several years of relevant professional experience at reception or in a front desk role.
Invoicing, dunning and other accounting topics are not new to you.
You have already gained initial experience in professional staff leadership.
You shine as a great host with strong customer focus and organizational talent.
You can communicate confidently with customers and colleagues in German and English.
