Responsibilities

  • Provide support across essential functions such as recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits administration
  • Assist in maintaining the applicant tracking system
  • Create and maintain employee records and HRIS/Payroll system
  • Process monthly reviews, including performance evaluations due
  • Assist with training and development

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in business management, human resources, or related business field
  • Two years of related experience is required
  • A comparable combination of education and experience may be considered.
