Responsibilities

  • Develop learning strategies and create impactful learning solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and solve complex challenges
  • Build the business aligned to overall organisational and service line targets
  • Accountable for business development by participating in proposition development
  • Lead out on one or more projects ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables
  • Develop the team members by identifying their strengths, coaching and proposing changes to the ways of working
  • Build subject matter expertise on learning and development topics through research and experience

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in consulting or fast-paced HR teams, specialising in learning, commercial excellence, and sales roles
  • Proven ability to achieve revenue targets and build business pipelines
  • Ability to translate and operationalise learning strategies
  • Experience in architecting comprehensive learning solutions
  • Experienced in managing learning vendors with internal or client teams
  • Strong analytical skills using MS Excel, Tableau, Macros, and Access for data analysis
  • Experience in leading strategic projects within consulting organisations or as an internal consultant or HR professional in large organisations
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality deliverables for clients or internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrate significant experience in successful business development initiatives, relationship management, and strategic planning
  • Strong project management skills in planning, governance, and financials
  • Exceptional communication and people skills
  • Ability to engage with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels in an organization
  • Develop yourself by actively seeking opportunities for growth, sharing knowledge and experiences with others, and acting as a strong brand ambassador.
