About the role

  • Sales Representative managing existing and new clients in Düsseldorf, Dortmund, and Ruhrgebiet area. Responsible for sales strategies and client relationship management in FMCG sector.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers in your assigned territory
  • Responsible for new customer acquisition through to after-sales support
  • Develop effective sales initiatives and maintain ongoing communication with customers in the HoReCa sector
  • Conduct pricing and contract negotiations, prepare proposals, and manage general administrative tasks
  • Proactively analyze customer processes and needs and plan regular training to ensure Lavazza brand quality standards
  • Conduct regular market analyses and derive appropriate actions
  • Implement sales promotion activities

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/vocational training or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience, ideally in the FMCG sector
  • Good knowledge of the out-of-home (HoReCa) market
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office applications and CRM systems
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and residence within the sales territory
