SMB Account Manager responsible for managing and growing relationships with SMB accounts in the UAE. Collaborating with partners to drive sustainable growth for Deliveroo and the partners.
Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with Small and Medium Restaurant Accounts
Be on the ground, organising proactively face-to-face meetings with the Partners in the portfolio
Cross-sell and upsell Deliveroo key services
Lead actions to improve performances of Partners, supported by the broader team
Directly manage Partners on a case-by-case basis to unlock critical value improvement
Independently and proactively diagnose, resolve, and report on key performance KPIs of the assigned account portfolio
Requirements
BSc/BA in business, engineering, economics or a related field is preferred
Experience with Excel, Google Sheets or formula-based tools
Self-starter capable of driving yourself to your targets and objectives every month
A fantastic communicator with a "get it done" mindset, well-organised and efficient
Fluency in English and Arabic
