About the role

  • Manager Reservation & Distribution managing electronic distribution for hotels under BWH Hotels. Involves supporting hotels, leading trainings, and optimizing system revenues.

Responsibilities

  • Support a group of hotels in using electronic distribution channels and assist in optimizing system revenues
  • Act as the central coordination point and primary contact for all matters related to reservation systems, interfaces, and data quality
  • Manage internal information exchange with relevant departments in Eschborn and with the Best Western corporate teams in Phoenix, Arizona
  • Independently conduct (online) trainings for hotels and actively contribute to the digitization of training offerings
  • Plan and implement own projects — including acting as the driving force
  • Provide impetus and ensure a smooth onboarding of new member hotels across all reservation and distribution systems

  • Initial experience in communicating specialist topics
  • Excellent knowledge of common MS Office products (Teams, Outlook, Excel)
  • Very good German and English skills — additional languages are an advantage
  • Completed vocational training or degree, preferably in hospitality, gastronomy, or the tourism industry
