About the role
- Manager Reservation & Distribution managing electronic distribution for hotels under BWH Hotels. Involves supporting hotels, leading trainings, and optimizing system revenues.
Responsibilities
- Support a group of hotels in using electronic distribution channels and assist in optimizing system revenues
- Act as the central coordination point and primary contact for all matters related to reservation systems, interfaces, and data quality
- Manage internal information exchange with relevant departments in Eschborn and with the Best Western corporate teams in Phoenix, Arizona
- Independently conduct (online) trainings for hotels and actively contribute to the digitization of training offerings
- Plan and implement own projects — including acting as the driving force
- Provide impetus and ensure a smooth onboarding of new member hotels across all reservation and distribution systems
