About the role
- Join Veepee Ad as an Apprentice Media Operations Manager to help run media campaigns from brief to delivery. Coordinate sales, creative, legal and external partners to ensure timely, reliable campaign execution.
Responsibilities
- Media at Veepee is a business unit organized as an in-house media agency that offers advertisers advertising solutions within a product solutions environment. It also includes a team of salespeople, project managers, marketers, creatives and developers who create native branding, traffic generation, acquisition and other formats on a daily basis.
- As part of Veepee’s media division, Veepee Ad, you will join the Customer Success team that manages each media campaign in a project-based way.
- The Media Operations Manager coordinates internal contacts (Sales, art designers, developer, legal, member relations team...) and external contacts (agencies and advertisers) to execute media campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met and the content is delivered with quality and reliability.
Requirements
- You are currently studying for a higher education qualification such as a Bachelor's or Master’s (Bac +3 to Bac +5).
- You are organized, rigorous, dynamic, curious and have good interpersonal skills.
- Business-oriented, you like to measure the effectiveness of your actions, take initiative and pay attention to detail.
- Team spirit, good listening skills, availability and versatility will be assets for successfully completing this assignment.
- Comfortable with Google Suite tools.
- Professional-level English required.
