Responsibilities
Execute key components of the Workplace Experience Optimization roadmap, including developing and tracking organization KPIs.
Lead data analysis and reporting efforts that inform space planning, utilization, and hybrid work policy adherence.
Create and drive repeatable frameworks for programs and projects.
Support governance, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Serve as a key operational partner to regional teams, ensuring alignment across the Workplace Experience team.
Partner cross-functionally with others in P&C, Real Estate, Technology and Business partners to drive WX experiences.
Support implementation of enterprise Location Strategy and Hybrid Work experiences.
Develop project plans, timelines, and implementation resources for workplace programs.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure successful rollout of workplace experience initiatives.
Requirements
Experience managing cross-functional projects in a global or matrixed environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
