Responsibilities
As the Product Marketing Specialist, you will become part of the Global Marketing and Communication Department, focusing on the creation and orchestration of creative, high impact content that powers product launches and strategic repositioning across global and regional markets.
Lead the end-to-end development of launch content: blogs, brochures, flyers, one pagers‑, sales sheets, landing pages, videos, infographics, animations, webinars, and email nurtures
Build messaging frameworks and value narratives that clearly articulate differentiation, outcomes, and proof points; adapt to audiences (clinicians, IT, decision‑makers) and channels (web, social, sales enablement)
Transform technical inputs from Product Managers into customer centric‑ stories and editorially polished content ready for digital distribution and sales use
Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns (web, social, email, webinars) supporting launches and repositioning; set objectives, target segments, content calendars, and KPIs in partnership with Global Communication
Maintain editorial calendars and repurpose hero content into multiformat derivatives (e.g., blog, social cutdowns, sales one pager, webinar‑ highlight reel)
Deliver sales ready‑ creative toolkits (pitch decks, talk tracks, objection handling, competitive snapshots, demo narratives) and keep them current
Partner with regional teams to localize content and ensure strategy compliance and relevance to local market dynamics
Use market/competitor insights to shape creative angles and editorial priorities; feed learnings back into the positioning and GTM framework
Propose creative experiments (A/B tests on headlines, formats, CTAs) to improve engagement and conversion
Requirements
University degree in Communications, Marketing or related field
3+ years in Content Marketing within a global, matrixed environment (Healthcare IT and Life Sciences preferred)
Portfolio of creative work: blogs, brochures, flyers, website content, videos, social and digital campaigns demonstrating measurable impact
Expert storytelling and editorial skills; ability to turn complex product detail into clear, engaging narratives
Strong design sensibility and experience collaborating with creative design teams; fluency with brand systems and templates
Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and localization skills; comfortable operating across functions and cultures
Fluency in English
