About the role
- Internship in Operations, Business Development, and E-Commerce at DECORAMI, a fast-growing startup for party and decoration items. Engaging in various operational tasks and process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Ensure our packages are dispatched on time and coordinate pickups with our shipping provider
- Proactively develop new processes and identify solutions to further automate existing workflows
- Analyze data from our internal processes with respect to quality, cost, output, productivity, etc., and derive actionable recommendations
- Lead and manage projects within operational activities, taking full responsibility for implementation
- Work closely with our warehouse team
- Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers and cooperation partners
Requirements
- You have a commercial/vocational background, are pursuing a degree, or have other prior experience you believe makes you a strong fit for this internship
- You enjoy quickly getting to grips with new issues and developing solutions independently
- You have a hands-on mentality and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves
- You possess analytical abilities, are highly organized, and act in a solution-oriented manner
- You have excellent written and spoken German and advanced English skills
