Responsibilities
Support the oversight and analysis of the c.$120bn General Account portfolio, ensuring accuracy and insight across investment metrics, legal entities, strategies, portfolios, and asset classes.
Develop high impact presentations for executive leadership, translating complex investment topics into clear insights, recommendations, and strategic options.
Serve as a primary liaison to key OCIO partners, including Financial Planning & Analysis, Investor Relations, Investment Accounting, and Treasury, ensuring alignment and timely information flow.
Advance Equitable’s ESG and Responsible Investment agenda by supporting ESG integration, impact investing initiatives, reporting, and disclosure requirements.
Prepare and refine materials for Equitable’s Investment Committee and Board of Directors, ensuring clarity, rigor, and strategic alignment in all governance communications.
Coordinate the strategic planning and execution of investment initiatives across the OCIO organization, driving accountability and operational follow through.
Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience in an investment analyst role, financial planning & analysis within a large organization, or a financial reporting function working across multiple stakeholder groups.
Proven prioritization and execution skills, with a clear focus on driving meaningful results in a dynamic environment.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and excel in a fast paced, project driven, team-oriented setting.
Exceptional analytical and critical thinking capabilities, with a track record of solving complex problems and influencing process or organizational improvements.
Skilled communicator with executive presence, able to distill complex issues into clear, compelling presentations and recommended actions.
Established foundation in finance, investments, and/or insurance, with the ability to apply domain knowledge to strategic and operational challenges.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, leveraging data driven insights and clear storytelling to support decision making.
