About the role

  • Director of Sales overseeing Beauty sales operations and driving revenue growth at DaySmart Software. Leading a team focused on client success and strategic sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Own revenue outcomes across new sales, payment attachment, and upsells.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives and a Team Lead.
  • Design and execute sales strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Use data to drive decisions and improve performance.
  • Build and refine sales processes, playbooks, and training programs.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive sales experience, including at least 3 years in a sales leadership role.
  • Experience managing and scaling high-velocity, high-volume inbound motions.
  • Strong understanding of the beauty, wellness, or adjacent vertical SaaS space.
  • Consultative selling expertise and a track record of coaching teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in managing revenue metrics.
  • Technical fluency with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and analytics platforms.
